Marshfield police received a phone call just after 6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 23 from a caller who said that her upstairs neighbor had forced entry into her apartment and assaulted her. According to the victim, aged 60, the individual broke her door frame while forcing entry, Marshfield Police Lt.
